Melyroidea magnifica Shelford, 1912

Probably Melyroidea magnifica. Photographed in Bigal River Biological Reserve, near Sumaco National Park, North Eastern Ecuador (see http://reservadelriobigal.googlepages.com). All 3 specimens found came from clumps of bamboo, *Guadua angustifolia*.
